Earlier this week I was driving to labor & observed a giant AC component in the middle of the highway.
I knew that that was not supposed to be there, but I had a lot on our mind & didn’t think too much of it. I wondered if it fell off of an AC repair truck or if someone had just dumped it in the middle of the highway not knowing how to dispose of it properly. I have seen AC units in easily unusual places in the past; People will take their AC units to dumpsters & load them up & try to get away with that… A lot of the time there are security cameras & people get charged a great for dumping their AC units. There is a certain way to dispose of an AC unit. Anyway, when I got I realized that a lot of our coworkers were late.Typically when this happens, that means there has been a wreck or something terrible has happened. I thought about that AC component in the middle of the highway & I wondered if I had caused an accident. I looked at the local news website & sure enough there was a headline about an AC component in the middle of the highway causing a several vehicle pile up. A few of our coworkers were stuck in the traffic; One of them unfortunately was in a vehicle pile up on the highway. The AC component in the middle of the highway was dropped by an AC repair truck. The AC supplier apologized for the mistake & were recognized as a great supplier otherwise.
