Drew had a really demanding job which kept him away from home most of the time, and despite having a lovely house, he rarely spent any time in it sadly.
However, he had recently gotten a promotion and had lots of responsibilities.
During his days off, he would spend it absolutely working from home, which meant he had little time to rest… Then apart from rest, he never observed issues around the home until they were too far gone… Then for example, last fall, the A/C had a problem which he almost missed. He was getting the home ready for Winter and decided to check the central heating and cooling system. After summer, he shut it off; but soon, he handed it to keep the home hot during winter. He tried turning on the a/c, but nothing happened. It seemed there was a problem with the quality heating, ventilation and A/C, but though he knew he needed urgent A/C repair, Drew had to go to work. The whole day, he kept thinking about the faulty home A/C unit. He just had to find a solution, so he decided to phone his sibling for help, but he agreed to go to his home the next day and observe the urgent heating, ventilation and A/C repairs. The a/c mechanic got to Drew’s home and began assessing the heating unit inside and out. Apart from awful repair, the central cooling and heating plan had blocked drain pipes. These pipes had lots of mold, mildew, and other gunk, preventing common fluid drainage from the a/c unit. It took some time to clean out all the accumulated gunk in the pipes, but plus, the heating, ventilation and A/C expert had to fix a few sites that would cause A/C leaks soon. After that, he put everything back together and turned it back on. Drew was gleeful when his sibling called him with excellent news. He did not have to worry about having a faulty heating plan in winter.
