Central AC For My Renovated House

I bought this house with the intention of renovating everything.

It was a house built in the 71’s, so everything was old as well as the previous owner didn’t spare any expenses trying to replace it before he or she left.

There were evident cosmetic swings such as the wallpaper in every room, shag carpet, as well as dark paneling along the walls that needed to be upgraded as soon as I moved in. However, there were other swings appreciate the Heating as well as Air Conditioning idea that needed attention before I moved our belongings into the house. The AC idea was over 15 years old as well as there was an old dial temperature control used to change the temperature. Even though the inspection report said that the AC idea still worked, I knew it would cost me more money to run it than it would to just upgrade it altogether. When I called the local Heating as well as Air Conditioning supplier for suggestions, I was surprised at the possibilities I had. I could install central AC, a heat pump, ductless mini split system, or a window AC unit. I contemplated what I was going to install, because I wanted this current AC idea to be efficient, sturdy, as well as reliable. The house already had air duct for central AC, so I actually leaned toward that option. I also considered the heat pump, because it was a fantastic source of AC as well as heat. However, heat pumps were lavish as well as not definitely upgraded. This is why I ended up selecting the central AC choice to cool our house.
