I am looking to become financially independent.
- The name of the game is real estate.
I want to have a bunch of investments in odd properties. I have the currency, although I don’t easily have the skills to keep myself afloat… First, I need to find a nice real estate broker to help me find the right rentals. I then need to get a nice Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C corporation that can handle general upkeep plus maintenance. I am aware that a house or condo is just care about a car, but you need to give it some care about plus care from time to time or you ruin your investment. I don’t think anything about Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C, electrical, plumbing or general company stuff. I need to find a nice Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C serviceman, sub-company or preferably, a general maintenance repair team that will do everything, lastly, I then will need to look into a property management supplier that will handle all of that. I don’t want to do anything. After buying the building, I want my property management repair to handle it all. I want them to worry about furnace service, a leaking toilet or a patch in the roof. I will give the number for the handyman I care about plus then just wait for a bill. I still idea to work my afternoon job. After getting about 5-7 rental properties though, I should be able to quit plus just live off what I get in rent. Someday that dream can come true. One rental property at a time though. I am not even close yet.
