Rich Dad, Poor Dad

My fiance plus I did a book exchange.

I gave him a fiction book that was a mystery, action adventure with a dash of humor story.

He enjoyed it. My fiance was frantically turning the pages trying to figure out who did it. For me, he gave me a copy of Rich Dad, Poor Dad. It is a book about real estate investing plus how to handle your currency in an intelligent way. I am by no means exhausting or financially struggling. The point of the book is to teach you how to make your currency work for you. Essentially the author is saying to get involved with real estate. You need to find a bunch of properties, stocks or whatever, to put your currency in. There is no point just having your currency kneel in a bank account care about mine is. I am not going to lie, the book has been life increasing for me. I have already been calling real estate agents in my area. I am consistently on Zillow looking for rentals near me. I have a friend that runs a residential plus commercial Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C supplier. I think I could call on him for any Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C needs. I am pretty handy myself. At the start, I won’t need to hire out any electrical or plumbing concerns. For a few rentals, managing it won’t be a exhausting idea. The book highly recommends hiring out with a property management supplier. The author said my time would be better finding the next deal rather than fixing a leaky toilet. I am not there yet, although I do care about the idea of someday just playing around online for a living.
