It took almost a year & a half of planning & saving however the people I was with and I finally got our new Heating & Air Conditioning unit.

And man, is it ever charming.

I can hardly suppose the people I was with and I have this sort of quality heating & air in our home. The advancements in Heating & Air Conditioning technology when it comes to residential Heating & Air Conditioning are almost staggering. Of course, it’s been more than 20 years since the people I was with and I replaced any Heating & Air Conditioning equipment. And those 20 plus years have seen an explosion when it comes to all kinds of tech advances across the board. Still, I can’t get over the new stuff. The two of us have a heat pump that has 1 of the highest SEER ratings available. A high SEER rating means that the heat pump is actually efficient. And the people I was with and I have just about the most efficient heat pump there is. The savings in heating & cooling costs are legitimately defraying the cost of the new Heating & Air Conditioning equipment. This whole thing has been worth the time & effort. Plus, our Heating & Air Conditioning supplier has been just tremendous helping us option the sort of residential Heating & Air Conditioning components that suit our needs. Also, the people I was with and I went at it from the standpoint of adding value to our lake home as well. The two of us may put it on the market in a couple of years. In all the excitement, I almost made a colossal mistake though. The Heating & Air Conditioning professional told myself and others to get the Heating & Air Conditioning warranty registered within 60 days. And I almost forgot.
