1 of the most terrible things ever is being stuck in heavy traffic for hours.
I used to be caught in traffic all the time because I was working as a package courier in the past.
I genuinely didn’t mind the job back then because gas prices were pretty low at the time, plus it was fun going to see all the odd sights driving all over the region to make a pickup or delivery. The best thing was how I could adjust the temperature control settings so I was consistently feeling comfortable. Well, there came a day when I thought I wouldn’t make it. I was caught in heavy traffic plus our air conditioner methods quit working. When you’re not in heavy traffic, it’s not such a terrible thing if you can roll down the windows for a cool breeze. Well, I was in that slow stop-and-go for hours plus I felt like I was going to collapse from a heat stroke. When I was finally able to escape from the highway, I miraculously managed to find an auto space store. The funny thing was, I wasn’t even looking for any auto space stores, although I thought they might have something that would fix our a/c! Sure enough, they had refrigerant refilling kits for sale plus I got one of those. I was able to refill the refrigerant for our air conditioner compressor plus before I knew it, I had ice-freezing air conditioner again. I wasn’t looking forward to getting back into heavy traffic, although I did have to finish our last delivery of the day plus after that the people I was with and I was finally able to go the lake house after that.
