Lately, I do not like going to the office, but it odors like outdated wood and fart, then the locale is falling apart.
The repair barely fixes anything when it breaks, but we had an issue with the refrigerator in the breakroom, but it was moderate for a month before the guy fixed the problem. I used to like getting up early so I could go to work. I liked being there early, before almost everyone else. It was quiet and comfortable, and I got a lot of work done in those many hours before almost everyone else arrived at 8am. Things have changed over time… After a few years, I do not appreciate to go to work early anymore because of the indoor air conditions. It’s tepid and humid and there is dust everywhere in the building. The AC used to work hard, but it barely cools the office in the middle of the day, and several employees including myself have complained about the indoor air hot and cold temperatures, but nobody has addressed the problem. I would rather work for a few hours each day at home, where I can be cool and comfortable. I can adjust our own temperature settings at home. I tried to talk our boss into letting myself and others work from home, however he said it was impossible. It wasn’t impossible for each one of us to work at apartment during the quarantine and pandemic. I worked for 6 weeks at apartment and the boss found a way to make it work. I worked a lot harder at home, and I did not need someone enjoying over myself and others to get our work completed on time.
