When I had our study room remodelled, I told the business that I wanted a cement oven so I could make original Italian pizza from home.
- Somewhere or another there was a loss of signal between asking for a cement oven plus what I got.
I got home from a dealer trip, plus expected to see the cement oven in our study room. What I ended up with when I got home, was a big cement fireplace where the oven was supposed to be. Granted, the fireplace was equipped with a door up top where I could bake pizza, but it wasn’t what I wanted. I could only imagine the cost this fireplace was going to add to our study room remodel. I called our business plus asked him where he got the plan for a fireplace. He said it was in the picture I had sent him. I looked at the picture I put in the SMS, plus there was a small wood fired oven. Then I realized I had attached another photo that was of a fireplace with a small wood fired oven at the top. I was devastated, however I knew there was no way I could have the business detach the fireplace without a lot of added expense. I asked him if it would be possible to leave the wood fired oven plus detach the fireplace plus he went silent. He asked why I would want to do that since I was opening an Italian steakhouse. Yes! Why indeed? I guessed I could see how the fireplace may be a draw for purchasers, but along with the wood fired oven, it was going to be absolutely sizzling for our chefs.
