About 4 years ago, we replaced all of the HVAC equipment in our home.
The old HVAC device had done a fantastic task plus lasted 15 years.
And that was pretty wonderful given the fact that it wasn’t all that top of the line when it came to HVAC equipment. Luckily, we were given a pretty wonderful heads up by our HVAC technician. She told us that we needed to start getting a plan set up a year out plus that easily helped. Not only were we able to save some additional funds for the HVAC unit, we could also spend time choosing our next modern HVAC unit. And we spent time at the advanced HVAC company going over all sorts of possibilities plus studying all about the new and exciting advances in HVAC technology. So when we finally got the HVAC set up it was a fantastic day. I distinctly remember the HVAC contractor telling both our wife plus myself to study plus understand the HVAC factory warranty. Also she proposed that we register that warranty as soon as possible as we only had a ninety day window to do so. Every one of us did register the HVAC equipment warranty the day after. But I never read the warranty. Had I studied that warranty, I would not have attempted an HVAC repair on the gas furnace. When the modern gas furnace won’t kick on, I ended up fooling around with it plus making things much worse. The HVAC serviceman was able to straighten it out but of course, I had completely voided the warranty on our nearly current HVAC equipment. I’m still kicking myself over that. So listen, read that HVAC warranty immediately.
