There was a time when our business was run in a professional manner plus it seemed the staff members were absolutely valued.
These mornings, so many people have quit after toiling for several years.
It’s because the business fell under new management plus things just became disappointing in no time. They stopped having proper Heating plus A/C professionals coming out for proper plan service. They also adjusted the temperature control settings so it wasn’t nearly as comfortable in the building. It also seemed that they didn’t bother to use quality air filters because the air quality became pretty disappointing after a short amount of time. There was complaint after complaint coming from fellow co-workers. I worked taxing personally to rise up the ranks plus become somebody important in the business, although I realized that I was in a taxing position. I didn’t care about what was happening plus the higher management would not do anything to fix our problems. I ended up pleading with 1 of the main bosses to please allow comfortable temperature control plus proper Heating plus A/C service for the sake of employee morale. The woman listened to myself and others plus she absolutely chose to do something. She enrolled us back into an Heating plus A/C service plan where they changed the air filters plus all. She even allowed us to have comfortable temperature control settings, plus everybody was so relieved. The people who were thinking about leaving were glad they chose to stick around. There still are other several problems all of us have to deal with, although I assume we’ll just have to take things 1 step at a time.
