If the floors are scratched up, old, and so forth, refinishing the floors can make them look brand new and current again.
Hardwood floors can last for decades as long as it is cared for properly. There are numerous steps needed in order to complete the process on your own time. It takes numerous afternoons to fully sand the floor, apply polyurethane, and wait for the varnish to dry. When our partner Pat and I were looking into the process, it sounded love a lot of work. I decided to contact a pro flooring business instead. I spoke with a couple of odd dealers. Each 1 of them were interested in doing the hardwood flooring work. I knew the floors needed to be sanded and stained, but I truthfully did not realize that it was going to be such a long process. I watched those flooring women work up quite a frothy sweat. I entirely understood why the business charged so much money. They spent numerous afternoons in our house sanding, staining, and refinishing the floor. After the pros were done, it was hard to argue with the results. The floors looked brand new. The home could have been in a catalog. The business took some before and after pictures for the website, but every one of us proudly advertised them on our facebook page too. We also posted a link to the website and facebook page for the business that completed the flooring work. There’s entirely no way that Pat and I would have performed the same quality work as the pro.
