When I was up here for a month to do the onboarding and shop for a house, it was late summer time or particularly early fall here.
At home, the Heating & A/C cooling was still running just about non stop as the heat and humidity were banging as it happens that way.
So, it was entirely nice not to be burning up and to be without near constant air conditioning love at home. Still, I had a whole lot to do that week. This was our first entirely significant promotion and I had a month to find a place to live. Fortunately, the supplier hooked me up with a good realtor. This lady was on it. The two of us had all sorts of beach house to look at in our price range. I was lucky to find this beach house that I’m in now. It was just a perfect fit for me the moment I walked in the door. However, our realtor was just adamant that the seller replace the aging Heating & A/C equipment. In fact, we canceled a closing date because she wasn’t gratified with the sort of heating and cooling equipment that was chosen. I have to say that I was so lucky to have had her on our side. The new gas furnace is awesome and it’s the only thing that’s going to get me through this winter. Turns out that I wasn’t as prepared for the cold as I thought I was. It’s much tougher to deal with Winter time for month after week. Thankfully, I have a good gas furnace to produce all the Heating & A/C heating I need to deal. And that so wouldn’t have happened had it not been for a most excellent realtor.
