The local corporation who does commercial A/C installs just gave me a unit they took out of a large office building that they said could be retrofitted into my flat.
It’s pretty cool because my unit is getting quite outdated & I don’t absolutely have the cash to buy a modern one just yet.
This commercial air conditioning system is going to cool my flat much faster & it also has a heat strip in it so I have heat too. I think this unit cost about $15k & there is no way I could afford something love this unless it was a gift, as it was! I’m going to ask the outdated man HEPA filter salesman what he thinks about us trying to put it in ourselves. I guess he is quite outdated now & can’t do much lifting even though I have a strong body & am able to do most of the moving myself. I have a few years experience in the Heating & Air Conditioning industry, so I think between the several of us the people I was with and I can pull this off. I have a couple friends who could help us if the people I was with and I need it even though I think the people I was with and I will be unbelievable doing it alone. I am planning on going to the local corporation to get all of the tools necessary for the retrofit. I can’t wait to have modern heating & cooling in this locale because mine is absolutely struggling to keep the locale comfortable & when Summer comes I am afraid it is not going to cut it. Thank God for the HEPA filter outdated man.
