My sister and her husband are expecting their first child soon, and both of them want to move to a new place before the baby comes.
- I really can’t say that I blame them for wanting to move out of their current place, because the indoor air quality in it is really awful.
Every time I go in there, I feel like I can’t breathe very well, and I also feel like they need to be running an air purifier all the time. I don’t know what in the world is going on with their ventilation system in their current home, but something needs to be done about it. They have a landlord who doesn’t seem to care very much about them or their well-being at all. I know that they want to buy their own house, and they want to get it done before the baby comes. I am hoping that everything works out for them and that they find a place that has a great high efficiency heating and cooling system. The other thing that I hope that they have is a whole home air purification system. That sort of thing is really important when you have a new baby in the home. We had our HVAC technician over to the house the other day to look at our furnace system, and while he was there, I asked him what he thought about my sister’s situation. He said that if they could not afford to get moved out of their house, then he would suggest buying an air purifier to add onto their HVAC system and at least they would have that consolation that they would be doing something to help out with the indoor air quality.
