When I started my modern Heating & A/C dealer, I was looking for numerous Heating & A/C contractors to work for me.
I remembered how strenuous it was to find a job when I first got out of Heating & A/C technical school.
Everyone was looking for someone who had some experience & only 1 Heating & A/C business was willing to take a option on a recently certified Heating & A/C contractor. The only reason I got the job I got, was because the teacher who taught my class, liked my work ethics, & knew my father. I swore that if I ever got a Heating & A/C of my own, I would hire Heating & A/C contractors who were recently graduated from school & had their certifications. The first thing I told the employment agency who helped with my hiring was that I wanted a few modern Heating & A/C contractors. When I said new, I didn’t mean modern to me, however modern to the business. It took almost numerous weeks to find the perfect people who fit my needs & would fit with what I was looking for in my dealer. I wasn’t disappointed in the people they brought to me. Since then, I have been in supplier now for almost more than nine years & all however 1 of the Heating & A/C contractors is still working with me. All of us have a wonderful working environment & I am satisfied with the Heating & A/C contractors I work with. I have never looked back on or regretted my decision to hire only newly certified Heating & A/C contractors. It was very 1 of the smartest decisions I made when it comes to my ownership of an Heating & A/C dealer.
