Even if you are an Heating & A/C contractor, you don't peek in people's windows.

Last week, I was expecting to have the Heating & A/C contractor come to the condo & inspect my air conditioning component prior to the beginning of summer. In our area, you never knew if summer time was going to begin in May or June. I thought I heard the Heating & A/C repair van pull up, but I didn’t see anyone get out. I waited for someone to knock on the door, however that didn’t happen either. Then, I saw someone peeking in our windows. He seemed to be jumping so he could look into every window of the house. I walked outside & asked if there was something I could help him with. He told myself and others he wasn’t sure if anyone was home, & he was trying to see if anyone was in the house. I showed him the door, & the doorbell next to it & told him that was the normal way to find out if anyone was home. He didn’t look glad with my demonstration, however at least he apologized for not thinking of it. I was ready to call the Heating & A/C business & report his behavior & I made him aware of it. It didn’t take long for him to be even more apologetic as he tried to explain why he didn’t suppose of the doorbell. I wasn’t buying any of them, & he knew it. He went to the back & worked on out the air conditioning component then left a lot more hastily than he arrived. Even though he begged myself and others not to, I still called the Heating & A/C business to report his behavior.
