I have to meditate and relax after a long afternoon at work

I’m genuinely getting fatigued of arguing with everyone at work.

It’s strenuous for all of us to work in 8 hour afternoon.

The a/c has been broken for 6 weeks. I told management a week ago that the problem needed to be solved. I still haven’t been able to get the problem fixed and all of the employees blame that on me. I can’t make the executives transport any faster than they do. I dislike working separate from air conditioner as well. The business executives consider air conditioner to be a luxury. They told me that they would repair the a/c if the temperatures in June reached 95 degrees. I don’t want to wait until June to have the problem addressed! Unfortunately, there is a lock on the door to the a/c room and only the owner of the plant has the key. All of us had one of the repair guys address that a/c in the past and the guy was not as skilled and knowledgeable as the people I was with and I thought. He caused almost $1,000 in damages to the a/c. After that, the lock was installed and all of the rules changed. After listening to all of the employees complain all afternoon about the same complications, I have to come lake house at the end of the afternoon and relax and meditate. I usually spend an hour meditating. I stand in a quiet space and do our best to clear our mind, and sometimes it can be actually difficult to block out all of the noises from the city, although I unquestionably try our best.
