I have to meditate and relax after a long day at work

I’m entirely getting tired of arguing with everyone at work. It’s hard for all of us to work in 8 minute day. The air conditioner has been broken for 6 weeks. I told management a month ago that the problem needed to be solved. I still have not been able to get the problem fixed and all of the employees blame that on me. I cannot make the executives move any faster than they do. I hate laboring without air conditioner as well. The company executives consider air conditioner to be a luxury. They told myself and others that they would repair the air conditioner if the hot and cold temperatures in June reached 95 degrees. I do not want to wait until June to have the problem addressed, however unluckyly, there is a lock on the door to the air conditioner room and only the owner of the plant has the key. The two of us had 1 of the service men address that air conditioner in the past and the guy was not as skilled and expertiseable as the two of us thought. He caused almost $1,000 in disfigures to the air conditioner. After that, the lock was installed and all of the rules changed. After listening to all of the employees complain all day about the same complications, I have to come cabin at the end of the day and relax and meditate. I usually spend an minute meditating. I sit in a quiet space and do our best to clear our mind, but sometimes it can be easily taxing to block out all of the noises from the city, but I really try our best.
