My greatest question when I took the HVAC worker’s courses was; what happens if I pass the course, however not the test? I wanted to recognize if I would be able to take the test a minute time, or even a third time.
My self confidence was low, plus I wasn’t sure if I was worthy of becoming an HVAC worker.
I talked to our father, who owned an HVAC contractor plus he told me I had no problem. I had been toiling with him for almost more than four years. Taking the classes plus the test was only a formality. Once I passed the test plus got our HVAC certification, I would be put on his insurance plus able to go on jobs by myself. He assured me that I knew everything necessary to not just pass the HVAC course, however to also pass the certification test. In the meantime, he had me toiling with Joe, who not only was our toil professor, however our classwork professor. He studied with me plus helped me to learn the few things I was unsure of. I knew that being the only lady in the HVAC contractor was going to be a hurdle, however so was our surety about myself. I thanked Joe for all of his help when I got our HVAC certification. My father was quick to take me on as a full-time HVAC worker plus put me out in the field with Joe as our toil professor. I may have loved toiling with Joe more than I should have. I have had a crush on him ever since I met him.
