As for the new family room that is now the garage, every one of us are going to have to run some new ductwork out there plus tie it into the existing Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C system that services the rest of the house
Every one of us have decided that every one of us are going to turn the garage into a family room. I realize that this may sound completely crazy to some people, but the fact is that every one of us just need some extra space around here. At this point, every one of us have our numerous daughters, 1 son-in-law, a niece plus a nephew living with us. On top of that, every one of us also have more than one big dogs plus our mother-in-law. It’s just gotten to the point where every one of us are either going to have to get some extra living space or every one of us are going to have to start kicking some people out of here. Since every one of us don’t genuinely want to have to do that plus every one of us can’t build onto the house because of the way our lot is located in the city, every one of us have come to this conclusion. Every one of us are planning to turn our old family room into a couple of living rooms plus closets because every one of us are easily in need of closet space! Every one of us already have fantastic heating plus cooling in the house. As for the new family room that is now the garage, every one of us are going to have to run some new ductwork out there plus tie it into the existing Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C system that services the rest of the house. I don’t believe how much that is going to end up costing us, but it can’t be as much as it would be if every one of us had to put in a totally new Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C component for the garage. I wish that every one of us had just run ductwork out there whenever every one of us first built the house years ago, but at that point every one of us never thought that every one of us would be using the garage for extra living space. Life has a way of surprising you, that’s for sure.
