We’re going to be giving out free air filters next weekend when every one of us go to our village festival. Our town constantly has a little festival during the early summer time and it’s constantly fun to go there and see all of the different companies that have sprung up around here during the Winter time and Spring. I constantly try to go there to promote our family’s heating and cooling company every year because in the past I have gotten a lot of repeat customers because of it. I deliver out free air filters from our booth and I constantly deliver out free popsicles and balloons to the kids. The kids care about the popsicles and the balloons, and the parents care about the free air filters. I personally care about meeting all of the people in the village and making connections to our future customers. I believe that the whole thing sounds a little bit corny and old fashioned, however it’s worked for me over the past many years. All of us have entirely grown as a business ever since I started doing this air filter giveaway and so I am convinced that it’s a great thing for us to continue doing. I can’t wait until the village festival in a few weeks.
