I could not even guess myself when i realized that I never had changed the air filter of my central heating and a/c system in close to a year’s time! No wonder I was dealing with some particularly terrible air quality in my home and it is real shocking that my central heating and cooling device did not breakdown at all in the last year.
The air flow to my central heat and a/c system system was particularly terrible though in the last few weeks.
That was when I realized I had not changed the air filter of the central heat and a/c system system in nearly a year. Things happens, you get busy and you just simply forget that you need to change the air filter to your central heating and a/c system. I am sure I am not the only and first woman this ever happened to. I am sure there may be people out there who never changed the air filter of their central heating and a/c system in longer than that. Thankfully I am not one of those people. I did learn a lesson though from all of this and I now mark my calendar when it is time to change the air filter of my central heating and a/c system. I usually will change it once every few weeks. The only way I change it sooner than that is if the central heating and a/c system somehow collects too much dirt, grime and pet dander into the air filter. Which only happens from time to time thankfully.
