I’ve been living alone in my flat for several months now and am ready to get a flatmate to help with the costs of renting.
I work for the Heating and Air Conditioning business near my home and make barely enough cash to spend money the rent, so I am going to get another flatmate to ease my daily expenses and allow myself and others to save a bit of cash each month.
My proprietor told myself and others last year that he didn’t want myself and others renting to anyone else however this is a waste as I live in a immense 3 bedroom flat. I work about 40 minutes a month for the Heating and Air Conditioning business and can’t work any more than that because I need to have some free time to do fun things or I will go nuts. I am going to rent my extra room out to 1 other quiet laboring guy and I don’t have any worries that it won’t work out. I have a boy coming tomorrow to look at the room and if he is a great fit I am going to start with a month lease and go from there. She works for the local business as an Heating and Air Conditioning expert so the people I was with and I should get along just great as the people I was with and I are both laboring in the same industry. I am hoping that the people I was with and I get along well and he can stay here for a few years so that I can keep saving cash and putting it away in some investments that will bear fruit down the road. Maybe he can even help myself and others with the Heating and Air Conditioning system in my flat.
