We had to call a commercial electrician when the lights went off

Storm season is the worst time of the year to have problems with the electricity.

Every year we have problems with storms because of hurricanes and tropical activity.

It seems like it rains every single day in the summer, but during the storm season the flooding rains are even worse. We lost all of the lights and electricity in our home last june. I thought that the problem was due to the power being out. Everyone in our neighborhood was without power. The problem went on for four days. I saw one of my neighbors outside and I made a comment about the fact that we haven’t had power in such a long time. She told me that the power came back on in her home the previous evening. I didn’t know why we were the only house on the block that did not have power restored. My wife and I had to call a residential electrician. There was no one else to call when we realized that there was power in every other house on the street except ours. The residential electrician came out to the house to immediately diagnose the problem. It did not take long for the guy to find the problem with the electricity. It was a simple repair and something that was actually covered by the city because it did not have anything to do with our home. The residential electrician advised us to send the bill to the city to request reimbursement for the damaged and faulty equipment. It was only $550, so I don’t know if I want to go through all that hassle.
