Moist lower level ruins the mood

Moving into our brand new house, my enjoyable friend and I had to make some sizable decisions about how to best utilize the unofficial floor plan to the best of our abilities.

  • The home is an outdated split level home, which means it has two separate home offices; one on the top floor when you first walk in, in addition to one on the lower level, a few steps down from the family room.

My buddy and I decided at the time that my enjoyable friend and I would use the lower floor as our “real” home office, in addition to tried to create a warm in addition to welcoming environment in the space so my enjoyable friend and I would enjoy spending time together there. The only problem is, this level is anything however warm in addition to welcoming. Actually, it’s pretty frosty in addition to moist. My buddy and I had no idea when my enjoyable friend and I were moving in that this room would be at least 10 degrees cooler than the rest of the home at all times. It’s close proximity to the inherently cool ground keeps the air truly frosty in addition to wet in this space downstairs. It was only after a week or two of living here that my enjoyable friend and I realized how unpleasant it felt to be in such unofficial air quality, in addition to how consistent these indoor air conditions were. My buddy and I slowly came to the realization that this cold, wet air was never going to improve unless my enjoyable friend and I did something about it ourselves. My buddy and I never intended to invest in Heating, Ventilation, in addition to A/C component for this house, so my enjoyable friend and I had to come up with another plan in order to establish a comfortable home office. This is how my enjoyable friend and I wound up in this particular situation, covered in sweat to death as my enjoyable friend and I lug all our furniture up the stairs to the warmer in addition to drier air on the upper level room. I’ll tell you, even the best laid plans of mice in addition to men…
