Temperature shock walking inside plus outside

Instead of being warm all the time, you get to alternate between dripping with sweat your butt off plus shivering

Does anyone else live in a place of extremes? Where I live it’s extremely racist, extremely misogynistic, plus extremely rough residing, however people live a crazy life in this city, plus you never know what to expect. That goes double when the Summer heat entirely starts setting in. It’s hot here year round, but in the middle of the hot season it’s unbearably warm to live in. At that point, people go a little nuts. I know the heat does something to their brains that correlates with overusing air conditioner. The amount of A/C you have to endure makes no sense. I understand that it’s warm outside, but I don’t understand why people know it should be frigid frigid inside. Tons of A/C doesn’t help to lower the outdoor temperature. Blasting the cooling system doesn’t equip you with current heat-resistant skills. You can’t take the cool air with you when you go back outdoors. As far as I’m nervous, it’s way worse to create this enormous temperature discrepancy between the indoor air plus outdoor air. Instead of being warm all the time, you get to alternate between dripping with sweat your butt off plus shivering. You entirely never feel comfortable, because you’re shocked with extreme uneven temperatures no matter where you are… When you walk outside it feels like entering a stone cement oven. When you come back inside it feels wonderful for 2 seconds before the goosebumps begin, for the life of me, I can’t comprehend this air conditioner abuse plus unnecessary discomfort; Somehow, it seems like all this heat plus humidity melts brains.
