It’s sort of strange how things toil out periodically.
The timing of life can be honestly magical if not mystical. The older I get, the more I see it. My wife plus I got a knock on the door, it was the HVAC technician. Every one of us both knew she was there as we’d confirmed the advanced HVAC service appointment online. Normally, the advanced HVAC professionals just go about their work. They do their thing with the advanced HVAC equipment outside plus we leave the garage door open for the HVAC equipment on the inside. Rarely does the HVAC technician knock on the door. And even then, it’s to fix the thermostat. I answered the door plus she told me that our advanced HVAC equipment was not going to last much longer. While I was a bit shaken, I can’t say I was totally stunned. When I did the math in our head, it made sense because that old advanced HVAC device was going on for nearly a half of a century. Still, we had to get a scheme together to replace the HVAC equipment. But this led to us easily thinking of all of our possibilities which is pretty interesting. Up to that point, we just hadn’t even considered selling the family house. Yet, the youngsters were gone plus had all established their own lives elsewhere. Since we were going to replace the HVAC equipment, why not do a few other upgrades plus put the house on the market. We’d be able to take the fortune of a very hot real estate market plus turn the page toward the next chapter of our lives. Funny how just that advanced HVAC device needing replaced turned into us embracing the next part of our lives together.
