The billing address turned out to be the problem

When you run a business, you have to keep up with billing. Even though all of our residential clients have to spend money for services upfront, multiple of the commercial Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C clients have accounts with our business; Some of the Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C accounts have severely high balances. One of our greatest clients is a 600 machine home community. The home buildings are almost 50 years old plus they regularly have problems with the heating plus air conditioner. The management supplier refuses to hire a certified corporation to keep on staff at all times, so they have to call us anytime there is an issue that requires a certified Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C professional. The supplier managed to run up $10,000 worth of bills in the first three weeks. I noticed the supplier had not made a payment at all in 90 nights. I sent various notices to the corporation plus I finally decided to call. I hate to hassle our clients for payment, however it had been some time since the last maintenance plus I thought it was pressing to catch up with the customer. The manager of the home building told me that she never received a single bill from us. I didn’t suppose her until all of us verified the address plus I found out that all of us had the wrong ZIP code listed. The woman really didn’t acquire any of the bills that all of us sent. I told her the balance of the account plus she agreed to spend money 25% upfront until she received one of the bills. That was the first time I had the wrong zip code on an account plus it turned out to be a large error.
