For sure, I see this every day inside the zone controlled Heating and A/C of the office. I invest in someone, help them along and then they end up trying to take advantage. That’s a hurtful thing and I just hate it when it happens. But, I just keep doing my best to stay positive and help whoever I can when it comes to working inside the zone controlled Heating and A/C of the office. In fact, I had a situation with an Heating and A/C unit on the house we bought that was similar. The house was unbelievable and we were eager to make an offer. But the heating and cooling component were a sticking point. The Heating and A/C unit had been well cared for and the seller had all the Heating and A/C maintenance documentation. Stil, it was twenty years outdated and not at all new with Heating and A/C technology of this era. So much has changed with residential Heating and A/C over the past two decades that we just weren’t into keeping that outdated Heating and A/C unit. The seller gave unusual concessions to keep from calling the Heating and A/C supplier to replace the Heating and A/C unit. Finally, we simply had to walk away and took our offer off the table. That lasted about two days before the seller did call the Heating and A/C professionals and had the Heating and A/C unit replaced. This was a single of the few times where I didn’t try to look at something that was obviously wrong and just see the positives.
