Sort of tough to walk away from stellar Heating and A/C

I was not wild at all about entirely leaving the house.

It was savor we had just perfected everything about it only to move out.

When we first considered selling our family home, we were newly empty nesters. The house was built to raise a family in. And with the hot real estate market, we also wanted to cash in our investment. But things savor the Heating and A/C unit and the study room and the roof were things that had to be addressed prior to even listing the house. This was the part that I so wasn’t into. My fiance pretty much took the reins on the study room refit. It wasn’t super extensive however it did include all the appliances and some cabinetry. I diagnosed the roof and the Heating and A/C equipment. The roof was pretty much straight forward. It was a pain in the tail to have that roofing crew out there for a week. I’m glad that I was inside the zone controlled Heating and A/C of the office as it was happening. But finally that was done and I started concentrating on the Heating and A/C equipment. The realtor had shared the comps and data with myself and others regarding what residential Heating and A/C was most popular with clients. Between that and the Heating and A/C contractor, we ended up with the latest in residential Heating and A/C. There was zone controlled Heating and A/C and a smart temperature control to boot. For sure, that was a huge part in selling the house. But once we were entirely packing up to move out, I honestly had some seller’s remorse. I was sad that I wasn’t able to care about that state of the art quality heating and air and had to move instead.
