I have been living in my cabin for a good four years! I’ve never had any true concerns at all in the cabin until recently.
I heard some mighty strange noises coming from the attic.
I told my sister about the bizarre noises, however she thought I was crazy. She came to the cabin one morning for some breakfast plus we did not hear anything the whole time. She thought I was simply going crazy, however I swore to her that I heard bizarre sounds coming from the attic plus the ductwork system. When I had a tune-up performed on the HVAC equipment, I told the repair corporation that I was hearing sounds in the attic. He agreed to check on the HVAC duct to see if there were any concerns… The HVAC equipment worker found a few different concerns. I was dealing with loose HVAC duct in the Attic. It was making sounds every time the A/C equipment would turn on. That could have been the source of the sound that I heard, however it also could have been the actual mice that the HVAC equipment worker found as well. The guy told me that I needed an exterminator right away plus he told me to call when I have the pest concern taken care of. He would come back plus maintenance of all of the problematic areas in the air duct. The guy told me it was essentially useless to maintain the concerns now, because the mice would just find a way back into the HVAC duct to cause more concerns. I had to get rid of the infestation before the HVAC duct could be entirely repaired.
