Even though I suck at making decisions, I know that I will figure it out and decide what’s best for my home
I just purchased a lake house and it’s been quite the process! I’ve had to make a few replaces to the house and it’s been a challenging learning curve. I’ve never made any type of home improvements before, so it’s taking me a while to get used to making my own decisions. I’ve been in a long conversation with my air conditioning supplier that I found. There are so many air conditioning companies here, even though I ended up picking the 1 that is advertised on the bench at my bus stop. The specialist has been by a few times to do some inspections and propose me on any replaces that I should make for the longevity of the air conditioning unit. It turns out that the air conditioning unit hadn’t had any replaces in a genuinely long time, and the original home inspection did not state that. The HVAC duct sealing is horrible and causes a lot of the air to leak out. My first three weeks in the house have had incredibly high weekly bills due to the HVAC ducts leaking. The specialist started making progress to get those ducts sealed off, but I’m considering whether I should even continue with the same Heating and Air Conditioning system. It seems like there are lots of other possibilities for air conditioning units that may not be as complicated. Even though I suck at making decisions, I know that I will figure it out and decide what’s best for my home. I’m certainly looking forward to this new adventure by myself, and hope that I will grow in so many ways as a result.
