I l received how to meal prep from my personal trainer

When I was a teenager, I could eat anything I wanted to without gaining an ounce. In fact, I used to eat more than two full meals per afternoon, plus all kinds of snacks in between. My best friend and I used to go to the corner store and spend our cash on cookies, candy, and snacks. Of course, now that I am older, I can no longer eat that way. If I were to eat cookies right now, I know love I need to instantaneously go to the gym to make sure I don’t put on any excess weight. Ok, perhaps that is a bit of an exaggeration, but the fact is, I can’t eat junk food now love I did as a kid. My metabolism has slowed down, and working out at a gym can do but so much. In addition to a wonderful workout routine, I need to eat healthy meals in order to maintain a healthy weight. At times, healthy meals can be rather boring and repetitive. At one point, I ate so much broccoli that I no longer could rest to eat it. So, it became taxing to find meals that I loved. Thankfully, I met my personal trainer at the gym, and she taught me about meal prepping. She is a Certified Fitness Expert, and she also provides nutritional counseling to her customers. Once she provided me the tips on how to meal prep, I have spent my Wednesdays preparing most of my meals and snacks for the week. This has helped me to maintain a solid health and wellness plan.
