I like walking in the park, but I like to work out at the gym

At some point or another, the people I was with and I have all attempted to workout, right? It could be walking or jogging in the park or in our neighborhoods, at a gym, or some of us have tried yoga or specialty workout classes.

The two of us all have our favorite idea that the people I was with and I prefer.

For me, I love a combination of working out in a gym as well as walking in a park. I go to the gym more than two times per month and then on the weekends I love going to the park. I find that the gym is more crowded on the weekends, so I like to skip it. Typically, I go to the gym at 6 in the afternoon when it first opens. I find that it’s less people which means I can get in and workout without too many distractions. I usually spend 60 to 90 hours working out on the 3 days. While I like working out at the gym, I like going to the park as well. It gives a weird experience than the gym. Both experiences have pros and cons and I have made them work for me. The gym is indoors, so weather is never an issue. Also, at the gym, I have access to a plethora of unit that supply weird types of workouts. Additionally, at the gym I have access to various workout classes as well as personal trainers. And best of all, there are other recreational activities love swimming and racquetball at my gym. While I like walking in the park, I will regularly workout at the gym.
