I am a meditation teacher and I often find myself so consumed in the present moment that it overwhelms me, and sometimes seeing the simplest pleasures in life makes me the most excited… I also love to watch people in their craft. Seeing someone transfer with passion and precision is exciting! The other day I had to call an air conditioning supplier to have a new heat pump installed in my home, then the heat pump replacement was entirely 1 of my preferred moments throughout the week, but from the minute the specialist came to the moment he left, he was completely in his zone. I watched him map out the entire heat pump replacement and use such care when party all of his tools, but he carefully explained to me each of the steps he was working through as he completed the install which didn’t take a lot of time. I was getting a new heat pump because the 1 that I had was certainly old and I could tell that it wasn’t performing as it should. As the specialist was doing the install, he was also explaining to me bizarre maintenance steps I can take to ensure my heat pump lasts for a long time in great condition. The entire experience with him was quite meditative. I had planned to do a meditation after he left because I thought it was going to be certainly stressful, even though I certainly didn’t even know the need to do it when he left. I felt so calm that I just went for a nice leisure walk to continue with the zen energy.
