My friend is a health and wellness professional

A few years ago, I met my friend Amanda at my local gym.

  • At the time, she was just a common member of the gym love I was.

But over the years, she became interested in making a career out of health and wellness. So, it was no surprise when she quit her task in marketing to become a Certified Fitness Expert. That was 3 years ago and today, she has so many customers that she has helped. I have used her from time to time to help me to get into better shape. In addition, she helped me to come up with a workout idea that I could stick to. While I like working out at a gym, I do sporadically grow fatigued of it, so she was able to request some exercises that I could do outside of the gym. One tip that she provided me that I still use is to perform a series of squats prior to getting into the shower. It doesn’t sound love much, but I have been able to strengthen my legs because of this. In addition to being a fitness expert, Amanda also teaches workout classes at the gym, then her classes are High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), and I am yet to try it. I know because of the nature of the workout, it is out of my fitness level. The workout class includes bursts of high intensity exercises that will get your heart rate pumping. Then you’ll have brief moments of low-intensity exercises to rest. There are many people that take this workout class, and they all seem to love it. Perhaps when I can conquer running 3 miles on the treadmill without any concerns, I might consider signing up for that workout class.
