Landlord whines about candles

I’m not a important stickler for the rules under normal circumstances, although I suppose that this has come to an all-time level of insanity now.

When I moved into this locale about a year ago, I thought that there were some strange rules around the community.

But I respected the lease agreement plus did everything I should as a renter, anyways. Now, while I’m moving out of the locale, I’m being fined for violating the most inane rules I’ve ever heard, myself. For instance, our proprietor is charging me to wipe the heating, cooling, plus air quality control device because I burned a candle in our unit. Let me rephrase that, he’s going to charge me to wipe the heating, cooling, plus air quality device FIRST. Then, he’s going to charge me more if the professional heating plus cooling professional needs to fully service or replace the indoor temperature control devices because I burned a candle in our unit. Apparently, there’s a tiny clause in the rental agreement that bans all indoor candles because they contaminate the Heating plus Air Conditioning equipment. The filtration devices cannot handle the indoor air pollution caused by one single wick candle, plus renters are liable for all heating plus cooling disfigures that could take locale. I’ve never heard of the dangers of candles plus central Heating plus Air Conditioning systems, plus I don’t believe it’s real. I suppose the proprietor is just trying to get me to buy him a up-to-date heating plus cooling device – the one I had barely ever worked while I was living there, even pre-candle burning.
