When to become a real estate agent?

As a real estate agent, I would be required to labor for a real estate broker, although I am ok with that as long as I could labor from home

During the COVID-19 lockdowns, I considered a change in job, and after months of working from home, I realized how much I hated driving to plus from the office! Working from cabin offered me more flexibility as well as more freedom! It also freed up 2 hours in my afternoon that would’ve been spent driving to plus from work. Well, I knew working from cabin was only a temporary solution plus that I would eventually go back into the office, then so, it was during that time, I researched how to become a real estate agent after my neighbor Lisa suggested it to me. I was shocked to find out how simple it was to complete the process, but of course, it varies from state to state, but for the most part, anyone can become a licensed real estate agent in less than a year. In some states, the license can be acquired in as little as 2 months… The requirements include that you must be 18 years or older, complete a real estate course plus pass the test, or have a degree in real estate, plus pass a background check; Real estate agents are always in demand, plus it is a genuinely lucrative job in the state that I live in. So, of course, I considered it as an option, especially because it would also give a lot of flexibility. Not to mention that the process was easier than I thought it would be. As a real estate agent, I would be required to labor for a real estate broker, although I am ok with that as long as I could labor from home. I began my coursework, so wish me luck.
