I guess they decided it was a better idea then opening up part of the wall. It certainly did tracks from our home value and each one of us knew that was not a type of problem we wanted to deal with. The closet ducting was in an in streamly strange place. Home Improvement should typically be thought about ahead of time and a licensed contractor can help make good decisions so that your home will always increase in value no matter the choices you make. I didn’t think something prefer a modern heating and AC system would definitely add value.
