If there is one thing I have learned from shopping around online, it is that you can really get some great deals and save a lot of money simply by buying from local sellers rather than the companies directly. Oftentimes these items are used but in great condition but because they are used you can get them for an affordable price. As for myself, I have made my own niche by seeking out heating and cooling items. Items that you would find HVAC businesses selling. I have picked up heaters, boilers, heat pumps, air conditioners, air purifiers and many, many more. What I do is I find these items and if they are damaged or need to be repaired I fix them and sell them. For me fixing HVAC systems isn’t difficult at all. I have direct on the job training as I used to work as a HVAC technician myself. Everyday I search the internet to find the best deals, and today alone I managed to pick up four different pieces of heating and cooling equipment for free. The owner said they all worked great and simply didn’t want them anymore and so he was throwing them out for free. I snagged those up as soon as I saw them. He was right, they are all in excellent working condition. It was a really lucky find. Now I will turn around and sell these with the rest of them. It really has become a good way to make money on the side and I have been able to give friends of mine a great discount. I see it as a win-win.
