About six months ago, I started dating my current boyfriend, John. From the start, he has been thoughtful and romantic. He takes me out on dates whenever he can and always brings flowers. I have never met such a gentleman. John is a heating and cooling technician. His primary job includes servicing and repairing air conditioning units. I had never heard of such a job. I assumed that this was because my air conditioning had never broken, so I had never needed a service. John informed me that I was sadly mistaken. Apparently, I should be getting my air conditioning serviced on a regular basis to ensure that my air quality is at its best and everything is functioning properly. I was so embarrassed, but John told me that it’s actually a common mistake. Since then, he has serviced my air conditioning free of charge! He walked me through everything as he did it, and we even went to the store to buy hepa filters together. It was pretty cool to see John in action doing what he loves and demonstrating his expertise. He offered to check in on the air conditioning in another 6 months, when it will need to be serviced again. I am grateful for the service, but I am more excited about the fact that he sees us together in another six months! I feel like I won the lottery in more ways than one. Not only will I save money on my heating and cooling, but I also have entered an amazing relationship in the process.
