Getting a deal on a heat pump

For years almost everyone in our family was in the grape business.

They picked grapes to sell to companies that made jams and jellies. I was the first that decided to try and make wine with it. I started out small, I just used our parents basement to make a few cases… As the wine started taking off and I started reading more, I expanded production. I recently had a winery erected on our Mom’s grape fields, but doing this makes it easier to make wine, my father can option grapes and give them right to me. I can crush sugar, yeast and have the wine age in our wine tanks so much easier. I had to invest in a lot of money to get to this level of production. The actual facility was quite high-priced. I had to get electric, running water and Heating, Ventilation, and A/C installed. I will confess that I did cheap out with the Heating, Ventilation, and A/C. Rather than buying a plan from a Heating, Ventilation, and A/C provider and paying for professional service, I skimped. I went online and I bought a used ductless heat pump system. I then found a local handyman that would install our heat pump for a currency deal. I got heating and cooling for almost a sixth of the price that I should have. I have to say, the heat pump isn’t that great. It is installed right by the door since the handyman didn’t want to run an electric line. The heat pump is used and therefore not particularly efficient. I also don’t guess I can rely on this guy for repairs either. Maybe I should have spent more.
