Let the Heating and Air Conditioning help improve the air quality of your home

Every one of us all need a little extra help these days.

At least, it appears that way to me. I recognize with all the unrest, the pandemic and just the general bad mood of the country is getting to all of us. Perhaps that is over sensitizing the situation but, I can just recognize it. In a lot of ways, I am almost thankful to be working from the Heating and Air Conditioning comfort of my house. I do my best to just stay put inside the Heating and Air Conditioning in order to maintain my health. But, it doesn’t come without challenges. I recognize that my health and the health of my family is always on my mind. To that end, I have done something recently. After learning about the direct link between awful indoor air pollen levels and awful health, I decided to make some changes. I found out that the EPA considers awful indoor air pollen levels the second leading environmental hazard in this country. That sort of stopped me in my tracks. I found out that awful indoor air pollen levels forces the immune response to fight off a lot of things it otherwise wouldn’t have to. I knew right away that I needed to make some changes to the Heating and Air Conditioning. Having a strong immune response is more crucial now than it legitimately ever has been. I immediately threw out the cheap, paper Heating and Air Conditioning air filters. These things do nothing but protect the Heating and Air Conditioning when it comes to air quality. Instead, I have upgraded to the HEPA style air filter. This thing particularly detachs over 99 percent of harmful airborne contaminants. It’s a minor change to the Heating and Air Conditioning but a giant change for our immune health.
