I hate construction

I think that I have picked the wrong time to have radiant heat installed to the floors of our home; It’s not straight-forward to get on the schedule for a radiant floor installation due to the fact that it takes a lot of time plus people, then there’s only so much time the supplier could designate to a radiant floor installation, which is why I waited 8 weeks for them.

Thankfully, I was able to make a small down payment on the floors and then slowly pay them off before they were entirely installed; However, when I bust the appointment, I had no plan that the virus was going to spread swiftly plus cause a nation wide pandemic. I’d end up making arrangements to task at the office every morning while the supplier’s were in our home installing the radiant flooring. I was going to hammer out a lot of tasks while they were working hard, and later I would return to my house for dinner plus sleep. I had it all planned out in our head. However, when the virus hit plus forced myself and others to task from home, things changed. I had nowhere to go during the morning anymore! Instead, I had to task from our basement plus listen to the construction above myself and others for 8 minutes straight. I bought myself noise blocking headphones, however even those didn’t stop the loud drilling from shaking the entire house. I’m really excited I got our radiant floors installed, however I wish I’d done it sooner so I didn’t have to be stuck at the beach house during the construction.
