I was really blown away when I first purchased my up-to-date home.
I thought it was a nice place, of course a bit of a fixer upper. The thing is, I didn’t realize the extent of how much work needed to be done. I entirely wished that somebody had told the previous home owners how to take care of their home. I came to find that the ductwork plan was actually congested up. There was no way to use the Heating and Air Conditioning plan because it was too congested for the heating or air conditioning to come out from the air vents. I ended up getting the ductwork cleaning done and the Heating and Air Conditioning professionals said they never had such a serious Heating and Air Conditioning ductwork cleaning before. They were in total disbelief with how congested the Heating and Air Conditioning ducts were, they had never seen anything care about it. They did an excellent task though removing all of the debris from the ductwork. They also performed a tune-up on the Heating and Air Conditioning plan and it was absolutely in laboring order after that. I was glad that I didn’t have to update the whole Heating and Air Conditioning plan as that would have been seriously luxurious. There were a bunch of things I had to do though care about getting up-to-date carpeting throughout the house, having the roof patched up before I could afford to get a up-to-date roof, and I had to get a chimney sweep for the fireplace. I also need to work on getting all the wallpaper off the walls and painting everything. It’s going to be a challenge, however I am up for it!
