I was definitely blown away when I first bought my new home.
- I thought it was a nice site, of course a bit of a fixer upper.
The thing is, I didn’t realize the extent of how much labor needed to be done. I absolutely wished that somebody had told the previous house owners how to take care of their home. I came to find that the air duct system was entirely clogged up. There was no way to use the Heating, Ventilation as well as A/C system because it was too clogged for the heating or air conditioning to come out from the air vents. I ended up getting the air duct cleaning done plus the Heating, Ventilation as well as A/C professionals said they never had such a drastic Heating, Ventilation as well as A/C air duct cleaning before. They were in total disbelief with how clogged the Heating, Ventilation as well as A/C ducts were, they had never seen anything prefer it. They did an excellent job though removing all of the debris from the air duct. They also performed a tune-up on the Heating, Ventilation as well as A/C system plus it was genuinely in toiling order after that. I was glad that I didn’t have to upgrade the whole Heating, Ventilation as well as A/C system as that would have been seriously high-priced. There were a bunch of things I had to do though prefer getting new carpeting throughout the house, having the roof patched up before I could afford to get a new roof, plus I had to get a chimney sweep for the fireplace. I also need to labor on getting all the wallpaper off the walls plus painting everything. It’s going to be a challenge, even though I am up for it!
