I was happy about increasing jobs, because the modern Heating plus Air Conditioning repair business offered commission on all of our sales.
I thought it was a fantastic way to gain more money without having to work harder, when I left the ancient Heating plus Air Conditioning repair dealer, I knew that I was earning about $3,000 every week plus sales. I have been doing my best to keep track of my sales with this job plus I believe love my numbers are closer to $4,000. I should be making about 730 each week just in commission fees. It is weird though, because my boss has claimed $2,000 worth of sales over the past more than two weeks. It feels love the boss is lying to us about the sales. I talked to a couple of other co-workers that have been here for a while, but they were dumbfounded plus caught off guard when I suggested that the boss is treating us out of money. I am going to start keeping easily detailed plus accurate records so I can compare everything at the end of one quarter. If the boss is cheating us out of money, every one of us might have to get a lawyer plus fight for our money. I doubt the guy is making the mistake by accident, so I can only think that the key is trying to cheat us out of our money. I never should have left the ancient locale where I was working in the past.
