Need a chiller for expanding business

I started out with a small cheese business, however i had a few odd speciality cheeses that I sold online & shipped to people, then once COVID hit, I realized I needed to adapt our supplier to the times.

I now do all dairy products & can ship to multiple states, however a lot of people are afraid to go to the grocery stores due to the virus, but they want fresh dairy products like milk, cheese & yogurt though. They also want high quality products. I am now able to serve those needs. I needed to expand the size of our facility to house all these odd products. I needed to hire a ton of workers in order to expand from only doing cheese to doing basically everything. Another expansion item was a chiller system. The chiller makes it so I don’t need to worry about ice chests, refrigerators or things going bad. The chiller makes the whole process so much easier, and finding the right chiller proved to be impossible though. Did I want a water cooled, air cooled or low temperature chiller? What does that even mean? Instead of buying something I could don’t like & regret in a few years, I went with a chiller rental. The rental supplier gave me the chiller they thought would suit me best. I also have the opportunity of returning the chiller for a new genre if I want. It would be free too! Another benefit of renting is that the renal fee is much cheaper. Additionally, if COVID suddenly disappears & I have no more business, I can have the corporation take the chiller back.
