I have been waiting to go out to eat for a year. That is a statement that I thought I would never make. Coming from a foodie care about me, I just never thought I would have to wait a year to dine out. Of course, the pandemic is the reason that’s the case. I’ve eaten nothing outside of the Heating and Air Conditioning security of my condo for the past year. This, coupled with the fact that every one of us haven’t been able to socialize either, has made me super eager to get back to my favorite restaurants. I can only imagine that there are some truly sad restaurant owners who are transitioning from focusing on take out back to indoor dining. Before long, I will be able to rest down, take in a lovely atmosphere and like a meal inside the air conditioning of a restaurant. However, there is a single locale that I won’t be heading too. And it’s all because of insufficient heating and cooling of all things. The food, the service and the atmosphere are just top notch. But all of that doesn’t make it any easier to sweat through my entree. Or while I was in the winter, I would have to eat my meal as fast as possible or it would get cold. This is how bad the oil furnace is in this locale. It’s just stunning that a restaurant would have such ineffective commercial air conditioning. I even mentioned it to the supervisor. He simply apologized and told me that I’m not the only a single. However, the ownership simply didn’t want to put the money into new Heating and Air Conditioning equipment.
